  I just left the jasper Walmart pretty upset. I needed to get into the fitting rooms and so did another lady that came up before me. She had asked a girl that had walked up behind the counter if she could get in the fitting rooms and that girl paged another woman to come open them. This older worker came around just straight up complaining how she couldn’t get her dept done and didn’t have time to stay at the fitting rooms all day. She kept complaining and pretty much made the other woman upset enough to not even want to try on her clothes. The Walmart worker had made the woman feel like she was an inconvenience and I work in retail at a place where customer service is held to high expectations so it made me mad to see the customer treated that way. Even if you are upset you don’t say it in front of customers. Secondly after I debated about mentioning something to the woman I asked if there would be anyone over here tonight to which she decided to point out a sign that I could clearly read and insult my intelligence and said you have to come find us. I didn’t ask her if someone would be over there bc I needed to try on more clothes I asked bc someone else needed to cover this area that was more polite and even if I hadn’t of already known what the sign said you don’t just point at it you explain to the customer that no one stays over there after a certain time and that you will be over in whatever area if they need you. I have to deal with rude customers on a daily basis so when I go to a place I shouldn’t have to deal with rude employees!
